Cancellation Policy

All color and extension clients require a 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. Cancelling in less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of scheduled services. Day-of and no shows will be charged 100% of scheduled services. All sickness related issues will be charged 50% vs. 100%. Thank you for your understanding!
